Refund, Return, & Cancellation Policy

Direct-Download Digital Assets: Direct-download digital products—including all print-on-demand templates, graphics, and design assets—initialize their delivery sequence automatically upon payment success. Because these files are downloaded directly and permanently onto your device at checkout, all sales of direct-download digital assets are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
Software Licenses: Because digital software license delivery happens instantly upon payment, all sales of software licenses are final once a license key has been generated and issued.
Activation Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee specifically if the software fundamentally fails to activate or initialize on your local Windows hardware device, and our customer support team cannot resolve the system installation roadblock.

Self-Service Control: Users can easily cancel their annual subscription at any time to prevent future automatic charges.
Method: Cancellation must be executed directly by logging into your personal Dodo Payments Customer Billing Portal link, which is provided inside your original invoice receipt.
Access Continuation: Upon cancellation, your license remains active for the remainder of your current paid 365-day subscription term, terminating automatically on the scheduled renewal date.

Custom Production: Because physical products (t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, hoodies, etc.) are custom-printed on demand to your specific design, color, and sizing metrics, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections.
Damaged or Misprinted Items: If a physical item arrives structurally damaged, defective, or misprinted by our carrier/production centers, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of package delivery with photographic proof. We will issue a free replacement or store credit immediately.
